Hypnotherapy, NLP and Integral Eye Movement Therapy for Anxiety, Panic and Related Psychological Disorders

Anxiety and panic are an over-arousal of the autonomic nervous system. Effective resolution occurs when the emotional states and beliefs that drive the anxiety and panic states are resolved.

Anxiety is not an emotion. It is a state caused by emotion. This is an important difference and explains why so many therapists focusing on their client's anxiety are often performing a great disservice.
